All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
