They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Caruso is by far the best I've ever seen in this field. It was obvious that he's been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I couldn't believe the difference he was able to make. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Dr. Caruso is fantastic and I always look forward to seeing him.
