They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I feel like Jeffrey Bova, D.C. goes out of the way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was ecstatic after my appointment! I knew that I was going to improve with Jeffrey Bova, D.C.'s treatment! I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door! I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Jeffrey Bova, D.C. is so easy to reach in an emergency. Jeffrey Bova, D.C. answered my call immediately and is always there for me when I need it the most.
