Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays?
No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
