One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. When I arrived for my appointment the Kathy and the staff were waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I have always ben very impressed with them and have recommended Dr. Cecil to many friends and family. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. By far the best heatlh care I think I have ever received certainly the best Chiropractor I have ever been in the hands of. Far to many Chiropractors are in for the many repeat visits regardless of what ails you, Dr. Cecil is totally opposite of that, he wants you back on your feet or pain free as quickly as he can, the others just treat you as their own ATM machine.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
