One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Not at all! I was very confident when I left!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
