The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Dr. Pat is alway friendly, remembers my name and gets me in and out in about 30 mins. Plus he has a massage therapist on hand that makes you feel extra pampered!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
