I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming.
