I had never had back pain or been to a chiropractor before Dr Bernd, however he was highly recommended by friends. I had been experiencing increasing back pain due to poor posture at work and one day in the shower I "tweaked" my neck and then spent a week in bed and unable to move. Dr. Bernd efficiently, gently and in a manner which I found entirely trustworthy repaired my injury after 3 appointments. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
