I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved.
