They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore.

They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
