They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.

Dr. Howe is my go-to chiropractor when I have a painful back condition caused by tweaking something or stiff muscles pulling my spine out of alignment. He really knows how to help when it's most needed. Very knowledgeable. Once it was so bad I could hardly move without pain, and after treatment the next day it cleared up much faster than it would have without his adjustment.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
