Dr. Dawson is my life saver. I have been in some serious back pain and I would be hunched over, after I see him I am walking straight. I think he is absolutely wonderful and I trust him completely. The girls in the front office are very nice and friendly which really helps when you aren't feeling so great.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.
