During my 3rd pregnancy, I had unbearable pain in my pelvic bone and lower back beginning the 25th week. I was, literally, walking bent over and shuffling like a 90-year old. I cried in pain everytime I had to get up. (I home birth, so, no, not a wimp.) I felt helpless, and hopeless. I heard about Susan Bailey from a friend. When I made the appointment, I was given the soonest available appointment. The wait was a joke. I pretty much sat down, opened a magazine & was called back. I hadnt ever gone to a chiropractor before, do I was very nervous. She talked with me, at length, and eased my fears.
Once she adjusted me, I was still in pain, but was able to walk upright. She told me I was so out of whack, it'd take at least 3 adjustments to feel better. By the next morning, I was up and out of bed without crying out in pain. It was strange not walking around in pain! After a few adjustments, I felt awesome. I always look forward to getting adjusted. She's very gentle (in manner & treatment).
They really made me feel like family. Everytime I went in, she andher husband would rush out to see if I had had the baby, yet. Once the baby was born, they were so sweet & excited for me.
Ive since recommended her to anyone who complains of back pain. I trust her so much, I let her work on the baby, too. ;)

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. Because it is a family practice, you feel comfortable the second you walk in. They always remember me and make me feel very important, caring not only about the physical, but also everything I want to tell them about. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
