Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

The office is well equipped and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes. I've even showed up early or without an appointment sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They are the absolute best in the field. It rarely takes more than a couple appointments to fix a problem. I always feel much better after my appointment. I recommend Dr. Wong highly to all my friends.

The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
