I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
