I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
