I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

They were somewhat gentle, but I wasn't impressed

No, there was no annoying music

Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.
