Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. One thing that made my adjustments more uncomfortable, was that their hands were pretty cold. I was able to bear it but it was difficult to stand it the entire treatment. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
