Main thing to say: Susan is awesome!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I have been going to Susan for several years, sometimes for chiro and sometimes for acupuncture. She is the best! Always helpful, and even willing, for folks she knows well, to come in on an off day, stay late, or squeeze you in during what should be her lunch time if you are in real pain.

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
