I have only seen Dr, Miller once but he took the time to cee me knowing that I am usually someone elses patient, he did not try to persuade me away form this other odctor bvut still gave me excellent and professional care and respect to the doctor already treating me. He was ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I know that if I ever need someone else to see me again i will feel very comfortable going to dr miller and will recommend him highly. He and his staff have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority and it shows. They are so kind and caring. I cant imagine they would deny anyone that needed help. I feel I can count on them to give the extra effort to communicate with their patients, and update me about where I am in the recovery process. I felt better after I had seen him and I had never been more relaxed when he was working on my neck. I really appreciate the urgency with which they saw me especially knowing I was someone elses patient.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I felt better than I have in years when I left my appointment with James Miller, D.C. . I never feel stiff at all. James Miller, D.C. is an absolute expert in the field! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. James Miller, D.C. is so easy to reach in an emergency. James Miller, D.C. answered my call immediately and is always there for me when I need it the most.
