I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
