They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
