I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. My appointments never get canceled last minute, and they are super accommodating when I need to make an immediate, last minute, appointment. They are extremely reliable. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
