There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but Michael Hughes, D.C. was extremely careful. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
