Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They didn't give me any information about my X-Rays even after I asked. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more.

I have tried many different chiropractors in the Norman area. This office by far is the best one that I have been too. The front desk girls were very helpful with my insurance and willing to work with me on my appointment time. The therapy that I received before getting my adjustment was very relaxing. At other offices I had never had anything like what I received at Dr. Rankins office. Before I was adjusted I received ultrasound and some massage to help loosen my body up. The whole experience was great. I would recommednd Dr. Rankin and his staff to anyone who is wanting to feel better.

I have been going to Dr. Rankin for many years and have had nothing but great experiences with both him and his office staff. They are always willing to work with me and my busy schedule. I recommend Dr. Rankin to all of my family and friends and would recommend his office to you if you are looking for a great all around chiropractic experience.

This doctor is very unfreindly and their staff nor he doesn't care!

I got in a wreck and went in The first day they took x-rats and put me and my friend in a room. we layed there for a bit then a lady came in. She spent maybe maybe 2 min rubbing on my back then dug her elbow in my back a couple of times and stuck the ultrasound on my back for maybe 2 min and sent me on my way. I was very very disappointed. Then I came in for my second apt and the doc wasn't there to go over my x-rays and we went in the back and we both waited for someone for like 30 min Then a lady came in and did the same thing Rubbed for a couple of min then I asked am I going to get the zapper thing she said no maybe next time I said I want that she said no you can go. so after waiting for 30 and being seen for 5 wow!. So we left and found a different chiropractor Well then I called them so I can get a copy of the bills and medical records for those two times they are charging over $600 for and they refused. I said y? I need a copy to put together my report for the other insurance company (I hadn't hired an atty and was doing all on my own) So I needed this They refused. Said they would mail it to the other insurance company but I couldn' get a copy!! Very rude. So they put Dr. Rankin on the phone and he was very rude. I said why? He said cause if I give you a copy you will get the check and go shopping and never pay us! I was like what??? That thought had never come to my mind. All my other bills are over $9,000 and his measly $600 was not an issue to me. Then I asked him. Do you even know why we quit going to you? He said no and I don't care! I said really You don't care it's because how your nurses treated us? He said no I don't care! He didn't even want to know. I said how can you not care how your nurses treat your clients? He hung up

Now mind you I was very uspet. Even as upset as I was I was never rude nor mean to them until at the very end. And really it was just a louder confused voice I gave them
