Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Love him too death no appointments , just go to the office and wait your turn in the waiting room while you watch tv. Price is right. He never pressures you to sell you things or make you come back if not needed. Very professional and nice guy!

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

I love Dr Rupp's practice for the simple fact that he does not take appointments- you show up at his office waiting room and sit w/ the others that may also be waiting for treatment. when it is your turn you go in and see Dr Rupp. He is definitely NOT like other Chiropractors because he does NOT rpressure or try and sell you umpteen xrays and repeat visits for your condition. All other chiro's that i've been to sell you back scans, xrays, and numerous other visits to alleviate your pain or remedy your situation but not Dr Rupp. His practice is a refreshing change from the status quo. Thank you Dr Rupp!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
