They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.

They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was ecstatic after my appointment! I knew that I was going to improve with Charlene Lindberg, D.C.'s treatment! I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Charlene Lindberg, D.C. went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I was totally impressed. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
