Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. Murray Smith, D.C. definitely cares about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Murray Smith, D.C.! Murray Smith, D.C. went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I was totally impressed. Murray Smith, D.C. offers the best pricing I've ever seen!
