Relax as best you can and let Dr. Shemansky fix you. He is very talented and skilled in what it takes to align and ground the body. I've been going to chiropractors for relief of problems caused by tension and arthritis for 40 years, Dr Shemansky knows his field well and his techniques work. I think the key is to trust him and relax. He will press your buttons and you may grunt and scream but he fixes the problem. He's incredible in my book. I travel miles to see him, the other chiropractors try but he delivers.

Not at all! They always respect my decisions.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Dr. Shemansky is great. He's not one of those quacks who looks at your insurance to see how many times they can get you in their office. He is by far one of the best I've ever seen in his field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. He does the deep tissue massage as well as the adjustment. I have sent many friends and family. I go when I need to get my back or neck adjusted again and that's it, no pressure to show up three times a week for 8 weeks. He is fabulous, I can't recommend him enough.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.
