They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I've also avoided the need for surgery for my herniated disk due to the decompression treatments. It is the best!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience pain and don't need to take pain medication anymore. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. James Herndon was fantastic! I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
