Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Went here after my accident with my SUV. The person that does the billing is a scammer. They rip people off for services that cost much less if you were paying cash without insurance. They billed my insurance for $2000 worth of services. Really?! I would have been better off going to the emergency room for my pain.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. He is unhurried and takes plenty of time to get the adjustment right. I was very impressed. They were easy to reach and schedule when I needed an adjustment. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. After my chiropractic treatments I feel better.

No, they are always spot-on

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
