Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I was injured and in agony within a day of having my neck adjusted. I was bedridden, unable to move my neck for two weeks, then finally had to get a neck brace. The pain was so severe I had to go to the ER.
I recently had an amazing MRI done which showed annular tears and a new disc bulg. I was so ill @ the time and going through treatment...seeking "energy work".
She ended up denying the entire thing, telling the board that I was an "angry patient", which is farthest from the truth, and there was no way the injury was caused from her. As, she called me several times in the initial days of my agony. I have never experienced so much pain in my life. And now I am left with the injuries, seeing a pain consultant who is doin prolotherapy. Every day I wake up with a very swollen neck, etc.
It is a sad story. I tried to be gracious and communicate before I had to report her. Not only did these injuries cause disability, which have not resolved, she also broke HIPPA rules by talking with the massage therapist (who is lovely), about me. This was denied as well.
Their staff is very friendly and professional.
I wish I did not have to write this, but the truth needs to be heard, especially when no action was taken and a patient is left with a disability. I am sure she has benefited many, obviously, not me.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Dr. Jante really cares that you wll feel better when she is done!!
