I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Maurice Smith, D.C. is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Maurice Smith, D.C.. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.
