I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
