They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
