They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Watson and his staff are also very caring. I love them all.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
