They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which sometimes has been a problem for me at other places. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Remarkable. I limped into this office, and left without pain.

Their office was easy to find, and parking was most convenient. The staff is friendly in every way, and Dr. Malmad is the most attentive provider I've yet to experience.

She has an easy yet professional demeanor, and provides exceptional treatment in a unhurried stress-free environment.

While I've had chiropractic treatment before, I've never achieved the same results so quickly.

This office is to be treasured.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
