All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all, other dentists have told me to avoid him/her

Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

No, their staff isn't organized at all

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, they definitely favor certain clients

This is the nicest dentist office I've ever been to with my children. We didn't feel rushed and the doctor took her time explaining everything to us. She had things that were age appropriate even down to the toothbrush she used on them. They had children's movies playing in the waiting room and the staff gave each of my children a tattoo while they waited. We made our 6 month check up appointment and the kids are excited to go back. Thank you for opening a children's dental office in my area.

I brought my 20 month old to her first dental visit last month. Dr. Shali was very patient and kind with her and I felt very welcomed and comfortable in the office. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very bad experience. I don't know who gave the previous review, maybe themselves. Not professional at all. My son was treated in a bad way. Keep away from them.
