I have never cried out of happiness before. Your customer service rep and his supervisor saved me from weeks of on going pain. I had lost my tens unit when the clip on the back broke. They were kind enough to help me get a replacement. Thank you!
Although we had an issue with the first device, the team responded quickly and replaced immediately. The device works very very well and we have been pleased.
I spoke to Alex yesterday 9/13/2017, she was very helpful. I explained to her about my unit, that it was not working, it died. I had taken it to my physical therapist to look at, as he said he would. I had my AC Adapter & a fresh, new battery. There was nothing, it was completely dead. Alex checked my info, when I received it & found that the warranty had just expired. Go figure that it's always the case that the unit would die just as the warranty has expired. She asked me if I could hold for a minute & she spoke her supervisor. They are going to honor the warranty since it just expired! I am so very grateful to Alex & the management! I will recommend you Zynex Medical to anyone who asks! You have all been helpful & I appreciate it. A year ago I had to order a new AC Adapter as I had misplaced the other one, it was very simple to order one online and I received it within a couple of days. I did find the lost one a week after I received the new one. Thank you again for your excellent customer service & Alex was wonderful, very personable & understanding! Thank you again!
