I am so thankful and appreciative of Dr. Nackley and her staff. They made every visit, even the difficult ones, as easy as possible. Everyone is helpful, informative, and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Nackley! She made us feel special and I felt taken care of on every level.

Nurses and Dr. Nackley are wonderful. I really enjoyed working with them. The Embryo Donation department has a lot of work to do. They are too busy to get back with in a timely manner and do not give good instructions on next steps to take. I would go through IVF myself at CARE but it is hard to suggest that others use the Embryo donation side of CARE.

I was frustrated during most of my journey with the group that answers the phones, as well as the IVF coordinator. I wasn't given adequate information prior to my appointments and was never given much clear direction. I wasn't given any reading materials or pamphlets to guide me and prepare me for the difficult journey ahead. However, I was very pleased with Dr. Nackley and her nursing staff. I wish I had the same opinion of the IVF coordinator. I felt like I was guiding her and constantly reminding her of paperwork issues/reminding her of how time sensitive processing documents and relaying information to myself was. It should've been the other way around, she should've been guiding me. I strongly felt that she is not equipped for that position. She never seemed to know always be playing catch up. My end result is pregnancy, which I am thrilled. However, before recommending anyone to reach out to your office, I would share my experience so they were mentally prepared for the battle facing them and the lack of support/guidance that would be given. Dr. Nackley was wonderful and kind and informative. I am grateful that she was my doctor. I can not thank her and her nurses enough

Procedures were always on-time and I felt well informed when meeting with Drs, Nurses, and other staff. Our first transfer failed, and we do wish we had known the odds a bit better before embarking on the procedure. As a woman who has not had difficulty with implantation previously, I had high expectations for the first transfer. It was a big disappointment to know it did not work and also that there would be additional costs moving forward to try again. Our experience using a known donor and securing all of the paperwork in order to ensure we had ownership of the sperm in order to proceed with egg retrieval and embryo creation + preservation was a lengthy and frustrating process. Our Known Donor made his donation at the clinic on November 16th and we were unable to start on egg retrieval until the next year because the paperwork was not in place, mainly because we were waiting on the clinic to provide us with the documentation that needed signatures in order to proceed. Some improvements to this process would be worthwhile for the clinic to focus on.

This is such a scary and testing process but the staff at care were all so phenomenal and wonderful. You all really made me feel special and cared about and like me and my baby were important. i cannot thank you all enough. Everything throughout the entire experience was smooth and easy.

Dr. Nackley is always wonderful during our appointments and procedures. She has amazing bedside manner and is consistently respectful. I am so glad we found her.
