First of all, I had excellent care. Employees that are outstanding above all was Jill, Jim and Vanida. I didn't meet anybody here I didn't like. I came very ill, I had open heart surgery and when I came here I couldn't remember anything. I was on a vent and I nowI am going to acute rehab. My goals to go home after that. Thank you to everyone.

I came to Kindred Northland on a vent and do not even remember arriving or the month of September because I was so sick. I worked with respiratory, physical, occupational and speech therapy. When I came I could not eat, think, and had to be on a ventilator. I left able to walk, eat, breathe on my own and discharged to home. It was so great and everyone was excellent. I want to especially thank Bree and there are too many to list. The housekeepers and front desk always had a smile. Thank you

Being that I wasn't aware and fully awake the first month I was here. I am so grateful that the staff took care of me and hung in there. Shelly in speech taught me how to talk and eat. Jen and all the therapist are great. Respiratory was so helpful, thank you Frank and Jim in respiratory. Dr So and Dr Parker were so helpful. Dr So would sit down and have a conversation with me, I really enjoyed him. The nurses are some of the best people I know. The CNA were always patient with me. I learned to eat, talk again and got off the vent. Thank you and I am going home. Shelly

Bree, Lynette, and Jessie are good people and great nurses. The people I met in here are some of the best people. Tak has been wonderful to talk to. I have a new appreciation for nurses. Thank you to everyone here.

Several of the Cna and nurses we great. The more I get to know these girls the more I like them. My day girls that take care of me all know me by name. They all know my needs. I can't use my hands and they would do everything I needed. They have all been excellent. My doctor I really liked him, thank you Dr Parker. The housekeeping staff visits with me. Aisha at the desk was very helpful to me. I have been to Many other places and if I had to I would come back here. Thank you Dale

Almost all the CNAs are wonderful. Jason is the nicest man who would go out of his way to get me whatever I needed. Nita was fabulous if I asked for something I had it so quick. My nurse Michelle she was really nice. The housekeepers were even nice and respectful. Thank you to everyone I am so happy to be going home.

Everything was great. All the therapist are great. The nurses took good care of me. Respiratory department was great.

I thought it was interesting that the company had a survey for the employees to get their feedback. I also saw indications of safety for staff and patients. The employee recognition program is important because it is important to tell people thank you. The staff not just the nurses was very personable and I felt like we could ask questions without interrupting their day.

I had good care here. Jan and Anna are exceptional people that know their jobs and they are gentle with me. Tammy and Alisha could probably run the place by themselves.

My mom was in the hospital and the respiratory team was wonderful. They were here when she needed them and took excellent care of her. We love Lisa in respiratory .The aid Fonda is the best. Laurie the nurse took great care of our mom. .
