They have an excellent physical therapy department everyone of them are patient and kind they go out of their way to help people they have helped me so I can walk although I have an illness JingJing treats me like I'm a relative she goes way out of her way to help me all the rest of them are just as kind and helpful so because of them I have the hope to walk again their the very best people here

We two feel very sure and confident that our friend is receiving the very best care and attention here. It is also a real comfort that Charlotte and her family and friends are kept completely and clearly informed as to her condition by all the staff, including Dr. Kavarian .

I wanted to tell you about your nurses , aides and trainees. Sometimes they are a little slow at responding but overall they are very good. People are fast to complain but employees need praise also. So I am taking te opportunity to tell you that I would score them a 98%! Good Job,

Denise at your facility was one of the most caring people we had come in contact with during Mami Bairins visit. She was our family member that we unfortunately lost on August 17th after a very long battle with a blood disorder. When ever we had questions or concerns we could turn to Denise and if she did not know the answer she would get it for us right away. She is a real team player and your facility would not be the same without her. Keep up the good work. It was a pleasure to have worked with her.

Where to start Kindred Hospital is amazing their Doctors on time very informative regarding my health process to get well,,'Nurse Kelley, Marigold,George,Mark,Byron so caring they all make sure I am my medications are on time patient Advocate Denise is wonderful she cares about patients well being everyone is awesome from OT ,PT to. Respiratory therapy

Denise, Patient Advocate, is the best!!
She is always there to answer all my questions and to step up and handle any situation that comes up. It is such a relief to have someone you can turn to that will research any question you may have or give you a call to update you with any changes. Her office door is always open or she is only a phone call away. Denise is an excellent asset to Kindred Hospital, Santa Ana.
Thank you Kindred for having such a key individual on your "Team"!

The best thing this facility has achieved is adding a department called patient advocate and making Denise in charge. She has been a blessing to my family beyond words. She resolves concerns immediately!! If she would let me I would adopt her. God bless her and all who care for the elderly.
