My daughter picked this hospital and made the arrangements to come to this kindred since my doctors all come here. It was nice to have all my same doctors and continue the care. I have been pleased with the staff and environment of the facility. The response time of the nurse,, techs and respiratory team has been great. Individuals that stood out as excellent were my aids Jim and Tony. They really cared about my comfort. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to be in the hospital for a while .

Nancy and Erica in respiratory are excellent. nurses Monica Dabrio, Karen, Michael and Rowena, were all wonderful and had very quick response help with a personal situation we had during my brothers stay. CNA's Jim, Tony and Joeseph are excellent. The whole team had a quick reponse and reacted immediately while still taking care of my brother. The food is good, was prepared correctly and came on time. If we weren't here to feed my brother the the CNA or nurse made sure to feed him. Dr. Keith and Dr. Price have been a god send. They are so kind and calming. They have been informative to keep us in the loop of his care and are passionate about what they do. My brother has been in and out of Kindred for months and we have chosen to bring him back because of the exceptional care he has consistently received. The staff has also been very good about keeping patient information private. I would highly recommend this facility because of the quality care they provide their patients and the kindness they have shown our family.

Everything at Kindred Town and Country has been alright. I have been pleased with my care. I especially like aids Lenny, Gail and Tangela. They keep me clean and dry, are very caring and tend tobmy needs so well. Val in physical therapy encourages and pushes me to get stronger every day. Blessing is a really good nurse. She helps me get better and makes me smile. I give these people an A++. I would be happy to come back here again if I needed another long term hospital stay in the future.

This place is the best hospital that i have ever seen. The people and service is fantastic. Each staff member is more nice than the previous one. I have been really impressed with their response time. It never takes long for them to get to my sister when she needs something. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are well taken care of.

Ive been so happy with all of the staff. The nurses, physical therapy, aids and supportive staff have all been wonderful. Especially the aids Jim, Joy and Esther. All of the staff seem to care alot and are always pleasant. I was treated with kindness and respect from the very first staff contact we had from the darling little girl Rosina in patient relations to do our initial paperwork.
They treat their patients and family members how you would want to always be treated. I havent had one person that i have been unhappy with in any way besides one of his doctors. This hosital are on another level compared to other facilities my husband has been admitted to. The food is excellent. I will recommend this facility to anybody.

I like coming here. Most of the nurses are great. They do a good job of giving the meds on time and attending to any needs that I have. Something that i appreciate is that the nurses are so compassionate. They will inconvenience their schedule if they need to get a sample or give you medication while you are sleeping in order to allow you to get some rest.
The aids I have had have been really excellent. They are so good that they routinely anticipate what I need before I ask for it. Lenny, Christy and Krystle are excel at their job. For an average person, Esther is an above average employee. I don't know how much they are paying her but I'm sure it is not enough for all that she does. I've had some good doctors that helped me to drop a tremendous amount of water weight so I feel much better than five weeks ago when I came in. Dwight in respiratory has been so helpful with my bipap machine when it was giving me problems. Katie in the kitchen is a gem. She makes things happen. She goes out of her way to make sure they get everything right.
It is this kind of attitude that keeps me coming back to this hospital whenever I need a long term hospital stay. I have chosen to come back here multiple times. The overall attitude and moral of the employees is outstanding. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone of need of a long term hospital stay.

My experience at Kindred was outstanding. The employees are exceptional and very attentive. The nurses and techs really care for their patients. They show you that you are not just a number, you are their top priority. They really want you to get well. The reason I come here is because of the people. It is an extremely good place to come for a long term hospital stay. It is such a caring place.
I have been a patient at Town and Country a few times and I can tell you that other facilities have not taken the time and care that I have experienced here at Kindred. I wish all healthcare facilities were up to the standard that Kindred delivers to their patients.

We were always welcomed by name and with a smile when arriving at Kindred. The service is on track 98% of the time. They handle emergency situations appropriately and immediately. Administration staff daily came to assess if there were any problems which made us feel at ease. Communication between staff and family members was very good. Their cafe is so nice and the facility itself is kept very clean. This is a great hospital.
