This was my initiation into skincare procedures so I was unsure of what to expect. What I received from Heather was exceptional service and expertise in what she does! She explained in detail what procedures she recommended and was patient with my questions. The procedure went smooth and her follow-up is over and beyond. She checked in with me the following day and had me stay in touch with her over the weekend to ensure all went well. I am thrilled at the results and with Heather!

I had a BBL on my chest and face and had a great experience. Heather used numbing cream before the procedure so I was very comfortable and she could do a really thorough job. She addressed different areas with different lasers and I felt like her care was very personalized. Scheduled again in 3 months!
