Staff was very attentive and kind. They answered all of my questions on site. The area was very clean also.

Leading up to the procedure and the procedure itself went very well. I felt as if Dr. McGowan answered my questions and was informative. After the procedure he and his staff let me down. I chose to do ESG+medicine and I was never asked about my pre-existing conditions. His assistant Tesha started me on the medicine after my procedure without me ever talking to Dr. McGowan about it and I do not believe she has any medical training. My family doc stopped the meds immediately when she saw what I was on because of my heart condition. I am too nervous to try any of the other medicines and they have not ever been offered to me. I am supposed to have a few months left in my contract but I have not heard from anyone from their team in months. Perhaps nothing more than several failures of communication given everyone else seems happy with their service but it concerned me enough to seek medical attention elsewhere.

I had the beat experience with Dr. McGowan he worked with so well where I am from WV and had a previous bad experience with another weight-loss Doctor and he got me in quick and him and his staff was fantastic to me. He has really great bedside manners and I for 1 second nevet regret going with a ESG by Dr. McGowan. Highly recommend him.

My procedure was a success! I have met my goal with my numbers but more than number my overall outlook on life has changed for the better. I have more energy to do things that before surgery I would of never attempted. This procedure also helped with some medical issues that I was facing. I had been told that I was pre-diabetic and on my next Dr. visit we would discuss the use of medication to control my blood sugar if my blood work was not any better. I am happy to report that with Dr. McGowan's help I am well below the numbers of needing any medication for diabetes. As you can see Dr. McGowan and his staff have been nothing but a blessing to me through out my weight loss journey. I could never thank them enough for the many phone calls after the procedure to check on me, the motivational talks on my office visits and through facebook post, the monthly exercise challenges his staff post on facebook (squats for days) and always making me feel like I was doing a great job even when I was down on myself for not meeting a short-term goal. Dr. McGowan and his team go above and beyond for each and every patient. #thebestgastoDRever

Excellent customer service, they call you back quickly. Tesha is super friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. McGowan calls you personally to follow-up after procedure. And the nutritionists has great idea's to help you succeed!

Dr. McGowan and his staff are attentive and professional. They explain the procedures thoroughly and take the time to get to know you before they suggest which one may work for you. After my procedure, Dr. McGowan answered my texts promptly.

From your first meeting with Dr McGowan you will be sure of two things: he absolutely knows his business and he is more invested in his patients being successful and safe through the weight loss process than most doctors. He has what few people have these days regardless of their profession, and that is compassion and integrity. You will feel 100 percent confident that he is skilled and more than qualified to help through your journey to better health. He is dedicated to his patients and is available for them 24/7. How many other doctors give you their personal cell number and follow up with you to make sure all is well. I am so fortunate that someone suggested I meet with him to explore my options.

ESG has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am currently 5 months post procedure and I am down 43 pounds and still losing. I am well past the point where I have given up on past weight loss attempts (including successful ones) and I am not even considering stopping yet. This tool works and has kept me on track. Dr. McGowan and his staff are top notch and have been there every step of the way. I found them, and this procedure, when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. To say they saved me is not an exaggeration.
