The entire process has been amazing. Ashley the coordinator was super helpful and reassuring during the booking process. Scheduling was a breeze. The entire staff is knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Earle listened to what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations. Love my breast lift and augmentation!

I absolutely loved my experience from the beginning when I was just inquiring and asking questions. All the interactions were professional and friendly. Everyone I spoke to had the knowledge to answer my questions. Klara worked amazing, The response time was great. Once I booked my surgery all the reminders were great and helpful and I felt like the staff was with me every step of the way. God Bless Doctor Earle, I loved his honest and confident energy. I am very happy that I choose him. The only negative experience I had was when I woke up from surgery, I had to call the assistant to help me several times. She kept leaving as if she was too busy to help me. I started getting worried because I had different symptoms happening at the same time. I was thirsty, I could not breathe well because I was laying flat. Which is what I was calling her for. She seemed more interested in cleaning up the bed. The assistant that took me down in the wheelchair ( I think her name is Janet) was amazing. She gave us very helpful information was genuinely helpful.

Dr. Earle and the front office booking team and care team are incredible and amazing. I felt cared for and responded to immediately from before the surgery to post op. The only area for improvement would be the staff in the post op room. I had a bad reaction to the anestethia and felt like I was pushed out too quickly. They tried to release me to my husband when I was actively vomiting. I needed more time to recover. Please address this so other patients feel safe and stable to go home after surgery.

I am a nurse and I am very impressed with the quality of care I received at pure plastic surgery. The massage therapist Jessica was great and I wish I could take her back home with me. The medical staff here is friendly, professionals, empathic and caring. I felt safe and well taking care of while here. Alexandria the anesthesiologist was great and helped ease my anxiety before surgery. Dr. Earle was phenomenal and I could tell that he really cares for his patients. If I were to have any other cosmetic procedures, I would definitely come back to Pure Life. Thank you so much for your care!

Dr. Earle was extremely personable and kind. He really made me feel comfortable. His staff was also so kind and always available to answer my questions. If you get your surgery here you must get your massages from Jessica. She is very knowledgeable and it really helped me heal faster.
