The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

Spent 30 minutes on initial evaluation and wrote a prespcription. Did not address the main problem for which we sought help. Did not do any type of testing or evaluations. Extreme overcharge for actual services rendered. Unprofessional office staff (burping, laughing loudly, throwing an object out the window into the waiting area, etc.) Told to get there 1/2 hour early and ended up being seen 1/2 late. Will not return.
