They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. I am very happy with the progress I have made . When I have questions Dr. Ligorski does an excellent job of explaining the answers and makes himself readily available for follow up questions or concerns. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had a great experience, and Dr. Ligorski is a truly fine, caring, and professional Psychiatrist. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best I rate Dr. Ligorski and his office staff a 10+.

Whenever I call them, my phone calls are almost never returned. If they are, it's usually a month after. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. The office was easy enough to find. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.
