I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was very impressed with how up to date they were about all the latest medical advancements. They were very knowledgeable. I could tell that they really cared about all of their patients, and didn’t just treat them like numbers. They didn’t rush my appointment at all, and made sure every question I had was answered before I left.
Their front office staff was poorly trained or just had too much work, I was put on hold for a long time and had to call back. After leaving a message for the records clerk I was never called back and after the second message still have had no call back.
Dr. Voorstman was very knowledgeable and patient but I feel that he sometimes is over anxious to order tests that could have waited for a program of careful monitoring and observation. In a matter of fact one in office proceedure should have been done as an out patient proceedure and would have had a better out come.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
